Back to School

Back to school, and preparing materials and pictures about this LINK venture. The whole experience has been so strange, so different and educational for Carol. Small things, such as the perpetual darkness of night, solar panels for charging the cell phones, boiled water for drinking tea, things we take for granted so unimportant in Umtata. A different world in a different time. The problem of downloading camera photos and sending them on to blogger delays the blog, but it will be instructive to a wider public eventually!

TXT SMS CELL MOBILE

Returned home and found things in good order. TXT from Umtata possible as cell phones common and recharged from solar panel electricity. They adopt the SMS and Cell phone description, longer description to follow. Getting back from one world to the familiar - it is astonishing.
